Well, what can I say? This is me, Ami Kriho. Since you must be pretty bored if you're here, I guess I can give you something to read to pass a few minutes.

I currently reside in a suburb of Milwaukee with my 'furred princess', Midna. I graduated with a Food Science major/Chemistry minor and work full-time as a food technologist for a spice company. As should be obvious I have a great interest in food and spend a lot of time experimenting with recipes and watching Food Network. My favorite foods are crawfish and ice cream (not together, of course), and I love tasting and trying new foods and recipies.

Drawing and writing are my two biggest hobbies and take up a good portion of my spare time. Gryphon Song, my first story and inspiration for a personal website, began in 2003. Since then the website has been up and down going through several changes, but through it all I've continued to write and draw. In terms of artwork I favor using my tablet and Photoshop to complete my drawings, though I try to work in other mediums whenever the muse strikes.

Other hobbies of mine include internet surfing, playing World of Warcraft (my main, Obsydia), and jogging in the nearby nature reserve. I like professional baseball and college football; my favorite television shows are Good Eats and Lost; my favorite movies are Princess Mononoke and Patch Adams; my favorite author is George Orwell; and my favorite bands are Enigma, Nightwish (preferably Anette Olzon songs) and Genesis/Phil Collins.

Oh, and that picture up there? Given to me by an old friend a few years ago. That's "Telila", the character I commonly use in MMOs and various RPGs. She doesn't really look anything like me...
